Thank you to judge Jeff Sewell for his kind words and awarding "Stairwell to the Beach" Second Place at tonight's reception. It was wonderful to see all of the glimpses into what each artist saw from their photographic reference, and from among all of these fabulous paintings, it was especially nice to receive such an honor for my work!
